Lead Program Manager, IT PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional program portfolios with accountability for strategic planning, execution velocity, and risk mitigation across global teams
• Leverage data and analytics to track progress and measure the impact of quality and efficiency programs on key metrics
• Define program vision, success metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical constraints
• Translate ambiguous business goals into clear deliverables and repeatable workflows while managing trade-offs between speed, scope, and quality
• Communicate program vision and updates to executive leadership, providing clear recommendations for decision-making
• Foster a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while mentoring team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, operations, finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in program management or equivalent experience
• PMP certification is required
• Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact
• Strong analytical expertise with the ability to make decisions based on data-driven insights
• Effective executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for leadership
• Demonstrated ability to operate as both a strategist and an executor
