Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach multiple teams to deliver evidence generation work successfully and improve implementation communication
• Apply project management and change management methodologies to develop schedules, budgets, and risk management plans
• Maintain detailed program metrics and communicate progress to key stakeholders
• Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects, including the coordination of cross-project activities
• Evaluate change impact and organizational readiness, providing actionable tactics to mitigate risk and resistance
• Partner with cross-functional teams including clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, and R&D to define strategy and requirements
• Mentor program and project team members to support professional development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
• 8+ years of project management experience with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
• 5+ years of experience managing large budget, high-risk, and critical projects
• 3+ years of experience in organizational development and change management
• 5+ years of experience using Project Management software
• Accredited change management certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical technology or a related field
• 1+ years of experience with clinical studies
• Experience working in a matrix management organization
• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
• Experience with Smartsheet
