Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale business and operational programs from initial vision to successful realization with high autonomy.
• Orchestrate matrixed cross-functional teams, establishing program schedules, milestones, and governance structures.
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resource constraints through data-driven problem-solving.
• Drive innovation by integrating AI-powered project management tools to automate status reporting and risk prediction.
• Facilitate organizational change management and transitions resulting from major program rollouts.
• Establish quality assurance standards and track performance against established KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in cross-functional project or program coordination.
• Proven experience in the Telecom or Pay Television Services industry.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Advanced technical skills in tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Airtable, or Hive.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Program Management Professional (CPPM) or PgMP certification.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
• Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Program Manager (CPgM).
• AI literacy and experience leveraging generative AI tools for workflow optimization.
