Lead Program Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as an IPT Deputy Program Manager for the PAC-3 team, driving technical excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
• Develop and execute processes and strategies for the integration of plans and schedules for production and rate-enabling initiatives
• Consult on integrated planning, scheduling, change management, and industry best practices
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases
• Provide technical, cost, and schedule performance oversight for the program
• Support Control Account Managers (CAM) within the respective IPT organizations
• Establish and communicate clear objectives to ensure unified direction across multi-functional teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., manager, project manager, or team lead)
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-business unit projects
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership, including cost, schedule, and technical management
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field
• Experience with product lifecycle management, including design, analysis, manufacturing, procurement, assembly, integration, and test
