Lead, Program Management, Planning

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Planning PMO, driving execution excellence and digital enablement across Global Planning
• Own the Planning transformation portfolio and digitization roadmap from discovery through deployment and sustainment
• Lead high-impact programs by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, and external system integrators
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences
• Drive adoption of portfolio management tools to provide a single source of truth for risks, dependencies, and resource alignment
• Establish and monitor program KPIs, providing executive reporting and benefits tracking
• Drive continuous improvement through data insights to achieve gains in safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Planning role
• Proven experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive measurable improvements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or complex manufacturing environments
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
• Working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
