Lead, Program Management, Logistics

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Logistics PMO, driving execution excellence and digital enablement across Global Logistics
• Own the Logistics transformation portfolio and digitization roadmap from discovery through deployment and sustainment
• Lead high-impact programs by coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences
• Establish and monitor program, operational, and adoption KPIs, providing executive reporting and benefits tracking
• Drive continuous improvement through Logistics data insights to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Logistics role
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent complex manufacturing environment
• Proven track record leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive measurable improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
• Working knowledge of process-improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
