Lead, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for a strategically significant supplier.
• Oversee all phases of the supplier’s program lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure delivery on quality, schedule, and cost targets.
• Facilitate regular business reviews, milestone checks, and meetings with the supplier.
• Lead problem-solving efforts and corrective action planning for supplier-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, quality, and legal teams to ensure contract compliance.
• Manage risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning related to supplier performance.
• Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to Senior Leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to work Special Access Programs (SAP).
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, OR a Graduate Degree with 7+ years of experience, OR 13+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors or suppliers to ensure compliance with contracts and schedules.
• Experience working as an "in-country representative" with the ability to adapt to local cultures and customs.
• Ability to complete a long-term in-country assignment at a supplier facility in Israel for up to 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing subcontractors responsible for developing military equipment.
• Experience managing programs within a DoD or Aerospace environment.
• Proficiency with Program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Experience in engineering or military operations.
• Fluency in Hebrew is a significant plus.
