Lead, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead space development programs within the Global Networks business area, managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Oversee program scope, budget, and execution through effective planning, monitoring, and control.
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program activities, reviews, and performance.
• Prepare proposals, Statements of Work, and comprehensive status reports covering risks, opportunities, and financials.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional program teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage program risks and opportunities by developing and tracking mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with strategic partners in industry and government, including conducting briefings for senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience.
• 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a US Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to travel 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is highly desirable.
• Experience with space domain platforms and customers.
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience managing major subcontractors and developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
