Lead Program Management

Responsibilities

• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
• Identify program problems and obtain solutions such as resource allocation
• Work to win new business and expand product lines with customers
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities and lead review sessions
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, business plans, and operating budgets
• Drive program execution to achieve financial objectives including revenue and operating income
• Lead complex development and production efforts across systems, software, and hardware
• Manage overall program portfolio growth and new business capture
• Direct the work of employees assigned to the program across technical and manufacturing areas

Requirements

• Ability to obtain an active US Government Secret clearance or higher
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 9 years of related experience, or Graduate Degree with 7 years
• Experience in engineering development or manufacturing environments
• Experience managing large, complex programs
• Strong understanding of Government contracting (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)
• Familiarity with DOD/MIL standards and military equipment qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• PMP Certification or currently working towards it
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost Performance Reports (CPR)
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
• Ability to travel approximately 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading development of cryptographic systems for type-1 encryption
• Active US Government Clearance or higher
