Lead, Program Management

Responsibilities

• Lead programs and pursuits for space communication solutions within the Global Networks business area
• Manage program cost, schedule, and technical performance to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
• Partner with Business Development on key pursuits, leading proposal development from initial stages through contract award
• Oversee program scope and budget through effective planning, monitoring, and control
• Serve as the primary customer interface for program activities, reviews, and briefings
• Provide leadership to cross-functional program teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Manage program risks and opportunities by developing and tracking mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present comprehensive status reports regarding financials, risks, and technical performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of related experience
• Minimum of 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a US Top Secret clearance
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in all phases of program management, including proposal, negotiation, execution, and closeout
• Advanced knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and its application
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and progress tracking
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
