Lead, Program Finance (Pricing)

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for financial metrics within proposals, identifying risks and offering solutions to ensure compliance.
• Assist contracts and program management in developing proposal cash flows and ROS Analysis.
• Educate and lead proposal analysts and teams through the proposal process.
• Develop briefings for Executive Gate 3 Proposal Reviews.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior pricing professionals and analysts.
• Implement new process improvement initiatives and perform ad-hoc financial data integrity checks.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to influence changes to practices and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience, OR
• Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience, OR
• Minimum 13 years of prior program finance experience in lieu of a degree.
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ProPricer and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Broad understanding of business financial management techniques, including earned value analysis, cost analysis, and financial planning.
• Experience creating financial forecasts and managing cash flow or billing milestones.
• Previous experience working with DoD contractors.
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships and thrive in an inclusive environment.
