Lead, Program Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules
• Manage Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting
• Oversee cost accounting and cost and schedule integration
• Develop quarterly EACs and analyze projections for ETC, EAC, and LRE data
• Ensure program EAC adherence to company policies and implement corrective actions
• Establish key performance metrics and report on cost and schedule variances
• Partner with Program Managers and Technical Leads to provide financial performance guidance
• Influence day-to-day execution of financial activities related to Programs and Proposals
• Execute baselining, ETC, and change management processes with IPT members

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
• Graduate Degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience
• Or 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with Hyperion, Peoplesoft, and Queries
• 6+ years of experience with EVM and financial performance reporting
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for interfacing with internal and external customers
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with limited supervision
