Lead Professional, Project Controls

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and forecasts to ensure financial health and optimize performance
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze variances and recommend corrective actions to stakeholders
• Oversee cost control across multiple mandates and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead, engage, and develop a professional cost control team
• Allocate resources across projects and ensure the quality of all deliverables
• Participate in recruitment and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, finance, project management, or a related field
• 10 to 15 years of experience in cost control within complex engineering environments
• Proven expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and project financial control
• Demonstrated experience in team management and professional development
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Fluency in English (required for frequent collaboration with international clients and partners)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AACE and PMI frameworks
• Relevant AACE or PMI certifications
