About the role

Responsibilities

Build and lead the employee engagement strategy across Jordan Brand, aligning to business priorities and teammate needs
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful, inclusive communication plans and experiences
Own and evolve the editorial and experiences calendar, identifying key stories, leadership moments and cultural narratives
Create compelling content across events, leadership communications, digital channels and employee campaigns
Design and deliver innovative experiences—from live events to digital activations—that meet teammates where they are
Manage external agencies and creative partners to produce visually engaging, high-quality storytelling
Use data, feedback and channel insights to continuously improve engagement, optimize impact and guide future strategy

Requirements

6+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, business communications or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
Proven experience developing employee engagement strategies, editorial plans, events or internal campaigns
Strong writing, storytelling and content development experience across multiple channels
Experience using data, surveys and engagement metrics to inform strategy and measure impact
