About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage full account relationships for large key accounts, driving sustainable growth and seasonal planning.
  • Lead partner plans by developing seasonal and yearly account strategies in alignment with the integrated marketplace strategy.
  • Manage all elements of account management, including Futures and At Once sales, while adhering to budget and order deadlines.
  • Develop accurate GTM plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans, conducting regular business reviews.
  • Provide market feedback to stakeholders regarding product trends, pricing, and competition to maximize assortment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Business Planning, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Act as a mentor and leader to the team regarding account management and marketplace support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
  • Proven account management experience for large key accounts, ideally within the Fashion, Sports, or Retail industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial processes and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix-oriented environment and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong operational capability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for the Converse brand and culture.
