Lead Production Support

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production support operations to ensure high system availability and reliability
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues to minimize business impact
• Perform in-depth analysis of logs, metrics, and system behavior using advanced debugging tools
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to prioritize fixes
• Establish and enforce best practices for incident, problem, and change management
• Monitor SLAs and improve support KPIs
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performance culture
• Act as a key stakeholder in release planning, risk assessment, and production readiness

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in production support or application support
• Strong expertise in MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
• Solid experience in the Lending domain (LOS/LMS/Supply Chain Finance)
• Proven experience in a lead or technical leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex production environments and enterprise applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to system integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience working with LOS/LMS/SCF products within the lending ecosystem
