Lead Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities to ensure organization, accuracy, and safety
• Manage warehouse staff schedules, priorities, and daily assignments
• Ensure production orders are completed accurately and on time according to scheduling requirements
• Train warehouse team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and operational expectations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Assist inventory and logistics teams with cycle counts, material reconciliation, and outbound coordination
• Act as the primary backup to the Production Supervisor, overseeing production floor activities and workflow continuity

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Thorough knowledge of safety protocols and company procedures
• Ability to work the 3rd shift schedule (Sunday night through Thursday night, 11pm to 7:30am)
