Lead Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
• Promote and enforce safety procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
• Ensure production orders are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with scheduling requirements
• Manage warehouse staff schedules, priorities, and daily assignments
• Train warehouse staff in proper procedures, safety protocols, and operational expectations
• Provide support, coaching, and performance feedback to warehouse employees
• Assist the Inventory team with cycle counts and material reconciliation
• Support the Logistics team with loading/unloading and outbound coordination
• Act as the backup to the Production Supervisor to ensure workflow continuity and monitor KPIs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to company policies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday night through Thursday night, 11pm to 7:30am)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
