Lead Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations for assigned production lines or areas
• Provide direction, guidance, and training to team members
• Enforce company safety policies to ensure an accident-free facility
• Monitor line staffing and recommend adjustments to meet production goals
• Perform routine line checks to ensure efficiency and progress
• Sustain manufacturing methods such as 5S, Problem Solving, and Visual Management
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of lead and/or leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours including overtime
