Lead Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Comply with and enforce all company safety policies to ensure an accident-free facility
• Provide direction to production team members to ensure key metrics are met accurately and timely
• Monitor line staffing and recommend adjustments to achieve goals while controlling manpower costs
• Ensure all components and paperwork for the next schedule are ready
• Interact with Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse operations to achieve smooth production runs
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience reading a tape measure preferred
