Lead Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide and oversee production team activities including machinery operation and inventory organization
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Oversee quality control processes for materials and finished goods
• Lead employees to enhance productivity and achieve production targets
• Collaborate with production supervisors to manage daily operations and track performance metrics
• Coordinate with maintenance department to ensure equipment operationality

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Minimum five years of manufacturing or comparable work experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds continually
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Crane experience
