About the role
Responsibilities
- Comply with and enforce all company safety policies to ensure an accident-free facility
- Provide direction to production team members to ensure key metrics are met accurately and timely
- Monitor line staffing and recommend adjustments to achieve goals while controlling manpower costs
- Ensure all components and paperwork for the next schedule are ready
- Interact with Team Leaders, Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse operations to ensure smooth production runs
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience reading a tape measure preferred
