Lead Product Surface Prep

Responsibilities

• Lead the exterior blast process and ensure all production goals are met
• Direct the work of team members to maintain high quality and safety standards
• Solve and identify complex technical problems using creativity and technical knowledge
• Apply independent judgment and resourcefulness to complete complex tasks
• Train and mentor other team members on processes and company policies
• Participate in safety committees or other company-wide safety initiatives
• Fill in for other roles as required to maintain continuous production

Requirements

• 4 or more years of relevant experience
• Thorough understanding of the exterior blast process
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to direct a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and solve complex problems
