Lead Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic vision and roadmap for the Advisory Platform across consumer and business segments.
• Provide end-to-end product management ownership, overseeing two scrum teams and driving overall delivery outcomes.
• Define product priorities and ensure alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience.
• Lead release planning, dependency management, and issue governance to ensure coordinated execution across multiple teams.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements and defined scope.
• Advance the platform roadmap by incorporating AI-enabled capabilities to enhance personalization and workflow efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements across all product activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, or process management.
• Proven experience in change delivery and managing complex product lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of risk management and control concepts within a regulated environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Octane.
• Experience with the Financial Advisory model and related business needs.
• Ability to lead product discovery, process modeling, and continuous process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to solve complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
