Lead Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction and delivery of innovative measurement, accounting, and scheduling solutions for Natural Gas and NGL midstream business segments.
• Lead the development of product roadmaps, prioritize feature releases, and align them with business objectives.
• Manage the product lifecycle, including intent, definition, design, planning, development, prototyping, and testing.
• Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate interdependencies with scrum teams across different lines of business.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders to identify challenges and ensure successful execution of product strategy.
• Apply design thinking techniques, such as user stories and wireframing, to define product features and improve user experience.
• Act as the voice of the client by identifying common pain points and defining solutions to address them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant Product Owner experience.
• Product Owner certification is required.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodology and backlog management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior cross-functional leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Management certification.
• Experience in Natural Gas and NGL Measurements, Operations Accounting, or Scheduling.
• Experience leading the deployment and enhancement of Quorum Software products (e.g., FLOWCAL, TIPS, or TESTit).
