Lead Product Manager, Tokenization

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product vision and multi-year strategy for the Bullish tokenization platform, covering the full asset lifecycle from issuance to secondary trading and settlement.
• Make foundational platform decisions regarding token architecture, compliance-aware transfer restrictions, and settlement models (T+1/T+0 to atomic on-chain delivery).
• Define operator interfaces and APIs for essential asset operations, including issuance, burning, pausing, and revaluation.
• Drive smart-contract automation for corporate actions such as dividends, stock splits, and proxy voting to institutional standards.
• Build the broker enablement layer, including APIs, SDKs, and documentation, to allow brokers and wealth platforms to run on Bullish rails.
• Align Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams behind a single product vision and represent that vision to C-suite executives and regulators.
• Define success metrics for the platform, including adoption, settlement throughput, and reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience within financial services.
• 4+ years of experience owning blockchain, tokenization, or digital asset products with a track record of shipping institutional-grade infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in token standards (e.g., ERC-3643, DS Protocol), smart contract patterns, and settlement mechanics.
• Strong understanding of market structures connecting traditional securities infrastructure (registry, transfer agents, clearing/settlement) to on-chain rails.
• Proven ability to define a product space in ambiguous environments and carry a strategy from concept to launch.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge across cryptocurrency, RWA tokenization, and digital securities issuance.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for tokenized securities, including KYC/AML obligations and SEC/CFTC frameworks.
• Experience utilizing AI and LLM tooling for product management workflows and prototyping.
