Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core CRM capabilities, including lead management, customer engagement, and sales execution.
• Define and evolve the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and platform vision.
• Drive product adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction with accountability for usage and conversion metrics.
• Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback, usage data, and market insights to inform development.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Mentor and guide Product Managers, establishing high standards for product thinking and execution.
• Design scalable, configurable solutions that meet diverse dealership sizes and OEM requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience owning customer-facing SaaS products.
• 2+ years of experience mentoring or managing Product Managers.
• Advanced degree (MBA or Engineering) from a top-tier institution.
• Proven experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving product adoption and measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML product management.
• Experience in the automotive retail industry or working with dealer/OEM data.
