Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision, strategy, and business requirements documentation
• Manage product profit and loss (P&L), investment decisions, and roadmaps
• Act as the subject-matter expert within scrum teams, writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog
• Monitor the competitive and market landscape to identify new opportunities
• Support sales engineering and commercial teams through demos and customer engagement
• Analyze, triage, and troubleshoot maintenance issues to ensure product health

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Airline technology
• Experience in market-facing roles engaging with customers and prospects
• Strong business acumen combined with a technical background
• Experience with Full-Service Carriers (FSC), Low-Cost Carriers (LCC), or Travel Agencies
• Knowledge of travel retailing and e-commerce trends, including AI/ML and dynamic offers
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong public speaking ability
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for presentations and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with software development processes involving Java, C++, or SQL
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities
