Lead Product Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product approach for Professional Services-led opportunities, identifying scalable product extensions and configuration needs.
• Evaluate customer requests through the lens of strategic fit, implementation complexity, and long-term maintainability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align on priorities and execution plans.
• Use first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous, loosely defined customer asks into clear problem statements and practical solution paths.
• Distinguish between one-off customer requests, repeatable product patterns, and strategic platform investments.
• Lead initiatives from early opportunity sizing and problem framing through to delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Utilize data fluency to guide prioritization, validate solutions, and measure outcomes through quantitative and qualitative inputs.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of product management experience.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS, platform software, or operational software environments.
• Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead both product discovery and execution across complex domains.
• Strong data fluency with experience using analytics to support product decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with a track record of partnering with customer-facing teams.
• High-ownership mindset with a bias for action and the ability to bring structure to uncertainty.
