Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as Strategic Lead for all Personalized Guidance features at Peloton
• Develop and execute product strategy for driving engagement and fitness outcomes
• Partner with Content and Marketing to align programming with product features
• Work with Fitness Experts, User Research and Analytics to ground roadmap in user needs
• Define and monitor success metrics and provide data-driven insights
• Collaborate with Software PMs to ensure a holistic connected experience
• Drive features to launch by translating requirements into engineering specs and performing UAT

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML products
• Experience shipping consumer AI products and conversational interfaces
• Experience defining quantitative evaluations for AI products
• Strong UX sensibility and experience with user feedback
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer subscription models
• Experience working on consumer software with integrated hardware
• Experience in health, fitness, or content streaming
• Experience with complex metadata and ML-based recommendation systems
