Lead Product Manager, Partner Integrations

Responsibilities

• Own integrations end-to-end by partnering with BD and engineering to scope, build, and launch integrations with new billers and payment platforms
• Monitor reliability and quality across the integration suite and triage issues quickly
• Accelerate time-to-integrate by removing friction in processes, tooling, and communication
• Define patterns, templates, and systems to make integration work repeatable as the company scales
• Act as the connective tissue between BD, engineering, and operations to keep stakeholders aligned

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a technical or integration-heavy domain
• Experience in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS is a plus
• Ability to read API documentation and communicate effectively with engineers
• High agency, scrappy mindset, and ability to work in evolving environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple in-flight integrations
