Lead Product Manager, Organic & AI Discovery

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic acquisition across traditional, AI-mediated, voice, and agentic search landscapes
• Define and evolve how the company shows up across AI-mediated discovery, including AI search citations and structured data for AI grounding
• Build product-led growth (PLG) loops such as sharing, comparison tools, and decision aids to drive organic acquisition
• Translate SEO signals and algorithm shifts into product decisions and roadmap prioritization
• Define metrics, baselines, and targets for organic and AI discovery
• Embed authority, expertise, and trust signals (YMYL) into product surfaces and content systems

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or product strategy
• Proven track record of shipping product surfaces that drive organic acquisition
• Deep understanding of how the search landscape is evolving with AI-mediated discovery
• Ability to build measurement approaches for ambiguous, evolving data sets
• Experience writing clear requirements and running experiments
• Experience managing or mentoring other practitioners

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketplace or aggregator experience
• Experience in regulated or health-adjacent domains
• Prior Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) work
• Experience with MCP or agentic distribution
