Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap for fraud products across device, behavioral, and transaction intelligence layers
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering accountability and high performance
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and regulatory requirements into scalable product initiatives
• Prioritize features and investments based on business impact, customer value, and long-term platform goals
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and shape product decisions
• Monitor industry trends and emerging fraud patterns to maintain market differentiation
• Own product outcomes by tracking adoption, usability, and commercial success

Requirements

• BS/MS in a STEM or Business field from a leading institution
• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably at top technology firms
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting product strategy and handling complex trade-offs
• Proven experience developing and scaling B2B and SaaS-based products
• Experience with AI-driven products or language-based solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring product teams

• People management experience
• Familiarity with Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and post-launch optimization
