Lead Product Manager, ITC

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the Freight Audit & Pay (FAP) platform.
• Drive capabilities across freight audit, invoice validation, accruals, exceptions, and payments.
• Ensure seamless integration between FAP and existing TMS, ERP, and financial systems.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Global Transportation Operations to align business priorities with technology execution.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and PI planning to ensure scalable platform capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost control, accuracy, and cycle times within the supply chain.
• Track product value, adoption, and business impact to continuously evolve the roadmap.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Lead specifically within Supply Chain domains.
• Strong domain depth in transportation, freight audit, logistics, or planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex problems for both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to Freight Audit & Pay or Transport Management Systems (TMS) domains.
• Experience working in large-scale, global, cross-functional environments.
