Lead Product Manager, ITC

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Nike’s Inventory Decision Platform.
• Drive omnichannel fulfillment capabilities including inventory forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and deployment.
• Define decision logic to balance demand vs. supply, channel priorities, and profitability.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to build optimization and ML-driven decision systems.
• Translate complex supply chain problems into scalable platform capabilities and manage the product backlog.
• Track business impact and adoption metrics such as service levels, inventory utilization, and decision accuracy.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in Product Management.
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Lead within the Supply Chain domain.
• Strong expertise in inventory, planning, or fulfillment domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leadership in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in supply chain forecasting, optimization models, or ML-driven systems.
• Excellent communication skills tailored for both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to packaged supply chain solutions such as O9 or Blue Yonder.
