Lead Product Manager, Identity & Evidence Verification

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for CLEAR’s identity and evidence platform across consumer and enterprise products
• Build reusable proofing, verification, and evidence services for mobile, web, and partner integrations
• Expand and optimize source verification to improve assurance and reduce costs
• Drive alignment with NIST frameworks (e.g., IAL2/IAL3)
• Decouple identity from individual products to ensure reusability across multiple experiences
• Optimize cost, performance, and resiliency of critical identity services
• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and proactive regulatory compliance
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, and legal teams to execute product direction

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity, fintech, or security
• Strong technical fluency in backend systems, APIs, and distributed architectures
• Deep understanding of identity proofing, authentication, and fraud systems
• Familiarity with NIST 800-63 or equivalent assurance frameworks
• Proven ability to execute multi-quarter strategies across complex systems
• Exceptional analytical and stakeholder management skills
