Lead Product Manager - Growth

Responsibilities

• Own and accelerate the entire growth funnel, including candidate acquisition, onboarding, and discovery.
• Scale top channels such as paid, organic, partnerships, and referrals.
• Design and optimize candidate referral programs and viral loop opportunities.
• Run weekly experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and rollout plans.
• Build attribution and dashboards to optimize CAC, payback, and loop velocity.
• Reduce time-to-value by simplifying first-run setup and key activation steps.
• Improve matching, search, and recommendations to increase relevance and trust.
• Define strategy, execute end-to-end, and eventually hire and lead a growth pod.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of product management experience.
• At least 2 years of growth product experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success metrics and build instrumentation plans.
• High ownership and autonomy to identify needs and execute plans.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams.

• Data analytics background.
• Marketplace experience.
• Marketing and Go-to-Market experience.
• Experience leading 0→1 or step-function growth initiatives.
