Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Self-Service domain end-to-end, including outcomes, priorities, and roadmap
• Run a rigorous experimentation engine to improve retention, instant-resolution rates, and cost to serve
• Partner across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Member Support, and Housing to drive decisions to resolution
• Inform Flex's broader member support strategy and shape AI implementation for the support experience
• Use AI tools to compress discovery, spec, and iteration cycles

Requirements

• 5+ years of consumer product management experience at a senior or lead IC level
• Strong consumer growth instincts focused on funnels, activation, and retention
• Proven track record of owning a product domain end-to-end with measurable business outcomes
• Ability to act as a decisive leader and influence senior executive stakeholders
• Fluency with AI tools for discovery, research, and spec writing

• Experience working in high-growth FinTech environments
• Deep expertise in using data-driven experimentation to drive product growth
