Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and delivery across multiple product areas or customer journeys, creating comprehensive roadmaps that drive strategic objectives.
• Lead service design efforts and cross-functional teams in the development and execution of business cases.
• Engage senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for goals, priorities, and execution plans.
• Manage product scope and backlog, balancing new development with on-market product enhancements.
• Establish measurable objectives and monitor performance to guide iteration and product success.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to elevate team capabilities and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience leading product initiatives, such as managing multiple product areas or driving strategic initiatives.
• Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex product lifecycles and business requirement gathering.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
