Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision and roadmap for Insights to power proactive patient care
• Design experiences that drive engagement, habit formation, and long-term retention
• Own engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to health outcomes
• Partner with design and clinicians to maintain high standards of quality and trust
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data, design, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or high-growth startup environments
• Experience owning consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains
• Strong first-principles problem-solving skills
• Commercial and analytical rigor with a focus on measurable outcomes
• High product sense and empathy for user experience
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders without authority
