Lead Product Manager, Enterprise AI & Automation

Responsibilities

• Define Marqeta's Enterprise AI and automation strategy, including governance frameworks and adoption roadmaps
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business units
• Define functional and technical requirements for internal AI/automation platforms
• Lead vendor selection and commercial negotiations for Enterprise AI tooling
• Drive change management and execute the Enterprise AI rollout plan
• Design and own the Enterprise AI metrics framework to measure business value
• Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment coordination for internal systems

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT product management
• 2+ years focused on AI or emerging technology products
• Deep understanding of AI capabilities like summarization, classification, and agentic workflows
• Proven experience delivering internal AI systems or automation workflows
• Experience managing product backlogs and enhancement roadmaps for enterprise applications
• Ability to influence stakeholders across finance, legal, and security
• Hands-on comfort configuring AI agents and evaluating platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with no-code/low-code AI platforms (e.g., Workato)
• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries
• Strong change management expertise
