Lead Product Manager - Digital & AI

Responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new digital and AI-powered products.
• Identify and validate opportunities through customer insight, market signals, clinical evidence, and experimentation.
• Lead 0→1 product development from concept and prototype through pilot, validation, and scale readiness.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI/ML, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Translate complex user, clinical, and technical needs into intuitive, impactful, and responsible product experiences.
• Influence stakeholders, build business cases, and foster a culture of experimentation and product excellence.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in digital health, AI/ML, or regulated technology.
• Proven success building 0→1 products through discovery, experimentation, validation, and launch.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to navigate ambiguity and turn complexity into clear direction.
• Experience working closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder leadership skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Passion for improving health outcomes and building digital products that create meaningful impact at scale.
