Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Flow end-to-end
• Design onboarding experiences that drive faster activation and stronger adoption
• Mentor PMs and raise the bar for product thinking and execution
• Conduct user research with advisors and enterprise partners to shape product direction
• Partner with design and engineering to move from concept to launch
• Lead cross-functional launches with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Define success metrics and use data to guide prioritization

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech
• 3+ years of experience in the wealthtech industry or designing financial advisory workflows
• Deep domain expertise in wealth management or financial services
• Proven track record of simplifying complex workflows and driving B2B/B2B2C adoption
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution
• Mentorship mindset with experience coaching other product managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Background building onboarding, activation, or workflow products in fintech or enterprise SaaS
• Direct exposure to advisor workflows and client experience design
