Lead Product Manager - Applied AI

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product teams to identify, co-develop, and validate high-impact use cases
• Lead Applied AI MVP and prototype delivery in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and UX
• Drive adoption of AI Enablement capabilities, GenAI productivity tools, and reusable components
• Champion responsible, explainable, and user-centered AI in all applied solutions
• Lead Super Agent orchestration strategy and implementation for customer and supplier experiences
• Own the AI Spoke Lead network and facilitate AI ideation workshop sessions
• Track ongoing business value of AI use cases and manage core product responsibilities including OKRs and roadmaps in Jira

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of experience driving business strategy and bridging technical and business needs
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI technologies
• Proven stakeholder management and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Experience managing competing priorities in fast-moving environments
• Executive-level presence to influence senior stakeholders
