Lead Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Native Composer
• Own the end-to-end in-app AI assistant experience, including conversational UX and sub-agent orchestration
• Partner with Engineering and Design to translate marketer workflows into scalable agentic experiences
• Define the contribution framework for skills and agents across multiple contributing teams
• Improve the reliability, usability, and effectiveness of AI-powered workflows
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams on go-to-market execution
• Define and track key product and operational metrics related to adoption and agent quality
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, and GTM organizations

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management experience
• Experience building AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or workflow automation systems
• Strong technical depth in systems architecture, orchestration, and scalability
• Track record of building customer-facing products on top of sophisticated backend systems
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing technology, SaaS platforms, or productivity tooling
• Experience with AI copilots
• Familiarity with evaluation systems, AI quality frameworks, or LLM-powered experiences
