Lead Product Manager - AI Agents & Automation

Responsibilities

• Contribute to product strategy by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define a shared vision.
• Build working prototypes using agentic AI and other emerging technologies to demonstrate new customer experiences.
• Implement architectural roadmaps that balance innovation with regulatory requirements, technical feasibility, and profitability.
• Define technical requirements for complex projects within the payments space.
• Monitor product success through metrics, usability studies, market analysis, and competitive research.
• Partner with data scientists, product designers, and UX researchers to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agentic workflows and autonomous task execution.
• Experience with LLM-powered product development or prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in SQL for product analytics and working with data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, system architecture, or the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of the payments industry, including ISO 8583 or card network protocols.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
