Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business value by prioritizing and ordering product backlog items based on product, engineering, UX, and data science roadmaps
• Manage multiple teams' product backlogs in parallel ensuring transparency and clear communication
• Partner with engineering, UX, and data science peers to translate business requirements into effective features and stories
• Outline clear acceptance criteria to communicate the definition of "done"
• Partner with external contractors or technical support to ensure delivery within agreed timelines
• Manage and communicate dependencies and risks
• Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change
• Use product data, both quantitative and qualitative, to influence product decisions and roadmaps

Requirements

• Professional work experience in artificial intelligence and Generative AI applications
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience managing cross-functional software development teams in an agile environment
• Experience managing end-to-end software product development
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to translate between business and technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a software engineer or Technical Product Manager
• Experience deploying AI/ML models in cloud-based settings
• Experience navigating corporate governance (Security, Cloud, Privacy, Data Sharing, Legal)
• Experience with Generative AI tools like M365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
• Experience developing AI Agents or using MCP servers
• Experience using coding agents like Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot
