Lead, Product Management

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and delivery of the Accessories product roadmap
• Influence cross-functional teams to align on product goals
• Support P&L management by tracking financial performance and providing recommendations
• Lead product review meetings and shape recommendations through stage-gate processes
• Balance competing priorities across product features, pricing, and launch schedules
• Manage relationships and resolve conflicts with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and retail channels
• Coordinate cross-functional activities including SKU management and inventory planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 12+ years of product management experience in automotive, accessories, outdoor gear, or consumer products
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of product development methodologies
• Experience with product lifecycle management tools
• Deep knowledge of automotive accessories such as roof racks and storage solutions
• Experience bringing accessory products from concept through retail launch
• Experience managing product P&Ls in the $1M+ range
