Lead Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless transfer from design to high-volume manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Design, Process, Test, and Reliability teams to ensure product manufacturability and reliability.
• Provide expert technical support for products in high-volume production, acting as the primary interface for complex product issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product failures, yield excursions, and customer returns.
• Drive yield and cost improvement initiatives using advanced statistical analysis techniques.
• Monitor product performance metrics and manage the disposition of non-conforming material.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Product, Test, or Manufacturing Engineering within the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience managing NPI activities from design transfer to high-volume production.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and manufacturing processes (wafer fabrication, assembly, and test).
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as JMP or Minitab.
• Practical knowledge of statistical methodologies including SPC, DOE, FMEA, and MSA.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test program development/debug.
