Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the design of web experiences across internal onboarding tools and customer-facing analytics dashboards
• Define and drive end-to-end user experiences, from early concepts through detailed design and launch
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and CX to shape product strategy and prioritize high-impact work
• Translate complex workflows and data into clear, intuitive interfaces
• Establish and uphold a high bar for design quality, usability, and consistency
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and patterns
• Mentor and support other designers through feedback and critique
• Conduct user research to identify opportunities and evaluate work

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience, including web and mobile
• Demonstrated experience shipping software products to production
• Experience designing internal tools, operational systems, or complex dashboards
• Strong systems thinking and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Proven track record of influencing product strategy as a senior IC
• High level of craft in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience designing in environments with hardware or physical systems
• Experience with data visualization or building analytics dashboards
• Experience improving internal tool efficiency at scale
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices for web applications
• Experience in high-growth or evolving product environments
